My children love themed treats for holidays and changing seasons. Our Stained Glass Cookies are a favorite during Christmas time. We are finally enjoying Springtime weather and our White Chocolate Pretzel Bird’s Nests are there perfect Spring treat.
White Chocolate Pretzel Bird's Nests

Ingredients
- 8 ounces white chocolate, chopped
- 1 cup pretzels, roughly chopped
- ½ cup chopped peanuts (optional)
- jelly beans
- COOKING TOOLS
- cookie tray
- parchment paper
- knife
- spoon
Instructions
- Begin by melting 8 ounces of white chocolate in a microwave safe bowl for 1 minute. If the chocolate is not completely melted microwave for an additional 30 seconds.
- Next add the chopped pretzels and peanuts to the melted chocolate and stir until combined.
- Scoop spoonfuls onto a cooke tray covered with parchment paper.
- Place a colorful selection of jelly beans on top of the white chocolate pretzel bird's nests.
- Let the chocolate harden. You can speed up this process by placing the tray of white chocolate pretzel bird's nests in the freezer for 10 minutes. (Let defrost for a few minutes to soften the jelly beans).
