Hot Chocolate Spoons

It wouldn’t be the holiday season without a few treats. Nothing says winter time more than a nice cup of hot chocolate. Why not add a little extra chocolate goodness with some homemade Hot Chocolate Spoons?

WHAT YOU NEED TO MAKE HOT CHOCOLATE SPOONS

chocolate chips
mini marshmallows
plastic spoons

 

ingredients for hot chocolate spoonsHOW TO MAKE HOT CHOCOLATE SPOONS

Melt about 1/2 C of chocolate in a microwaveable bowl for thirty second intervals until completely melted. Stir until smooth.

stirring melted chocolate for hot chocolate spoons Spoon small amounts of melted chocolate onto each plastic spoon.

adding melted chocolate to spoons to make hot chocolate spoonsAdd mini marshmallows and chocolate chips to each spoon. Allow chocolate to harden (put in the freezer to speed up the process).

these hot chocolate spoons are so yummy! Serve the spoons with your favorite hot chocolate recipe for an extra boost of chocolate yumminess.
