We just returned from an amazing trip to Beaches Resort in Ocho Rios, Jamaica and admittedly it was a little hard for us to leave the sunny weather for our 4 feet of snow and chilly temperatures. We had the best time swimming in the ocean, sailing, having a blast on the coolest watersides and of course sipping piña coladas poolside. I will tell you all about our vacation later this week, but today I am sharing my healthy kid-friendly piña coladas recipe. Yes, they are healthy enough to even enjoy for breakfast!
