Sunflower Seed Coconut Date Balls

Ingredients
  • 6 dates, pitted
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • ¼ cup raisins
  • ¼ unsweetened shredded coconut
  • ¼ cup ground flax
  • 2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Put all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until a large ball forms.
  2. Create walnut size balls and place in a glass dish.
  3. Store in the fridge and take a few for a quick snack.
