Almond Oat Pancakes

Ingredients
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 cup oat flour (make your own by putting1.5 cups of oats in a food processor)
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 cup milk
Instructions
  1. Combine almond flour, oat flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt in a bowl.
  2. Add milk, eggs, maple syrup and melted butter.
  3. Stir until combined.
  4. Spoon batter onto a medium heat greased griddle.
  5. Cook approximately 2-3 minutes per side.
  6. Serve with real maple syrup.
