Black Bean Avocado Dip

- 28 ounces black beans
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 jars salsa
- 2 avocados, diced
- 4 teaspoons cumin
- 1 cup frozen corn (no need to thaw)
- juice of 2 limes
- tortilla chips
- In a large bowl combine black beans, cheddar cheese, salsa, corn, cumin and lime juice.
- Add the avocado and gently stir until combine.
- Serve with the tortilla chips of your choice.
