Homemade Greek Frozen Yogurt

- 3 cups whole or 2% plain Greek yogurt (I used Fage)
- 1-3 tablespoons maple syrup (depending on how sweet you want it)
- ½ tablespoon vanilla extract
- Mix together the yogurt, maple syrup and vanilla extract.
- Pour mixture into an ice cream maker. Because the yogurt mixture is quite thick it will take less time to thicken than ice cream.
- Once thick (about 15-20 minutes) your frozen yogurt is ready to enjoy!
- No ice cream maker? Put mixture into a dish, freeze and then chop it up and mix.
