question… I bought 36% heavy whipping cream by mistake. Is that the same thing? Or will it work? Thanks!
Whipping cream will work. I’m not sure what the 36% is.
You can involve the kids by putting the cream in small jars (baby food work great) and letting them shake it up. It takes a while but they get so into it!
yes lot’s of fun! One of the reasons I like this way is because kids can watch the whole transformation minute by minute. It’s harder to see in the jar.
About how much butter is made from the 2 cups whipping cream? Approximately? Would you say at least 16 tbs, or the equivalent of 2 sticks of butter?
How long does this butter last in the fridge? Can you freeze it for a longer shelf life?
