HOW TO MAKE THE BUILD A SNOWMAN GAME
Find a small cardboard cube or make one by cutting 6 square cardboard pieces and taping them into a cube shape.
Cover the box with white paper and secure with clear tape.
Using markers or crayons draw a snowman body part on each side of the box. Label each picture with the corresponding word. My cube included sticks (arms), carrot (nose), circle (head), two circles (body), coal circles (face) and a hat.
Draw pictures of the snowman parts on a white piece of paper. Cut out each part. Make enough parts for each player to have a complete set. The smaller you make the body parts the more challenging to fine motor skills.
Okay, now you’re ready to play! The youngest player goes first. Roll the cube.
Whatever snowman part you land on take the corresponding part from the pile. Continue to take turns and build your snowpeople. First person to build a complete snowman wins!
